FIRST, WE LISTEN TO YOU. Describe your lifestyle and specific needs. Show us your wish list. Set a construction budget.

CHOOSE A BUILDING SITE. We have extensive knowledge of Albuquerque and surrounding areas, and are prepared to assist you with lot selection.

THE DESIGN PROCESS BEGINS! Meet with the builder on your selected lot to discuss house orientation, room layout and maximize any available views. No retainer, no deposit, no obligation.

PRELIMINARY PLANS ARE DRAWN. The builder will meet with you as the design of your new home takes shape. A set of plans is always provided to you to mark changes and make notes. These plans may undergo numerous revisions! No design is ever complete until you say it is.

PLANS GO OUT TO BID. The competitive bidding process ensures the best prices and eliminates the guesswork in determining the cost to build your home. No surprises.

A FORMAL, WRITTEN PROPOSAL IS PROVIDED TO YOU, IN WRITING. The proposal states a lump sum contract price. It specifies the allowances for all interior finishes, fixtures, cabinets, appliances, etc. We will also provide you with a construction contract for your review. We ask that you not sign the contract until you have consulted with the suppliers and are assured that the allowances provided will be sufficient.

SHOULD YOU DECIDE TO PROCEED, the contract is signed by you and the builder. No down-payment is required! Construction begins immediately after the building permit is obtained.
