When you are ready to proceed, just let us know, and return the signed contract to us. John does not require a deposit to commence with the work. While you finalize your financing arrangements, we prepare final building plans for construction and obtain all permits. We schedule a pre-construction meeting to acquaint you with the construction process. The interior designer assists you with colors and finish selections if you so desire. Our staff works closely with you throughout construction, and of course, John remains actively involved with you and your home from beginning to end.


This is the most exciting phase, as you watch your dream become reality. Your project manager controls the schedule and oversees every aspect of construction, ensuring that the high standards of Panorama Homes are met. You will work closely with your project manager as you make final decisions and selections.

Cost Control

As construction progresses and you choose your finish selections, you will refer to the proposal's allowance amounts as a guide, keeping your construction budget in mind. We strongly encourage you to communicate directly with suppliers and subcontractors about your selections and changes, and to obtain price quotes in writing, so there is no room for misunderstanding regarding cost increases.

We are very flexible in accommodating your requests as we work together to customize your home, and do not wish to delay the progress with tedious paperwork. No formal change orders are issued, however, allowance overages are added to the contract price.

Move-in and Beyond

Our relationship with you, the homeowner, does not end when your home is complete. You can count on our commitment to continuous, long-term customer service.
